Comprehensive Board Review in Internal Medicine

Emory University School of Medicine
The Comprehensive Board Review in Internal Medicine is designed specifically for physicians who plan to take the ABIM examination. Most of the material presented will be in case-based format. A number of important topics, including ophthalmology, office orthopedics, gynecology, epidemiology, and ethics will be included.

Special “visual” sessions will be devoted to reviewing x-rays, ECG’s, peripheral smears and cutaneous lesions. A “clinical pearls” session that reviews important board-type information and test-taking skills will be provided on a frequent basis. The overall objective of this program is to successfully prepare physicians to take the American Board of Internal Medicine and Re-Certification Exams. Internal Medicine and all primary care physicians may elect to use this review as an efficient method to update their internal medicine knowledge.
