UCSF Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging
UCSF Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Imaging activity specifically focuses on thoracic imaging and is designed as a broadly diversified review of cross sectional imaging of the chest including cardiac, vascular and pulmonary topics.
The program is useful both as a review of cardiopulmonary imaging and as a guide for radiologists hoping to expand their practice to these new areas. It provides an update on a variety of established clinical applications, interspersed with new cutting edge technologies such as coronary CT angiography. A practical approach to these areas of emerging technology is presented so as to be useful to radiologists with a wide range of experience.
