Return Policy
Effective September 1, 2008
Our commitment at CMEinfo is to satisfy our customers with the highest quality products and service. In order to fulfill this mission, we are happy to allow you 15 days from the time you receive the product to determine if it meets your educational needs. If you are not satisfied, we will accept returns and provide refunds within that period. Each returned program is subject to a $50 restocking fee, which includes inspection of the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All cancellations must be in writing, and no refunds will be provided after the 15-day window unless the product is proven to be defective. CME credit cannot be granted on any educational activity that is returned/canceled.
To make a return, call 800-284-8433 for a Return Authorization Code. Then complete the packing ticket included with your package or the return slip and return it with the program to 100 Corporate Parkway, Suite 600, Birmingham, AL 35242. We recommend UPS or FedEx. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. |
